We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided you have not completed more than 25 percent of the course content.

To qualify for this guarantee:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • You must not have completed more than 25 percent of the course modules
  • You must not have downloaded a significant portion of course materials

3. EU Consumer Rights

As a company operating within the European Union, we respect your statutory right of withdrawal. Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

However, please note that when you request immediate access to digital content (course materials), you acknowledge that you forfeit your right of withdrawal once you begin accessing the content. By enrolling and starting a course, you agree to this condition.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and email address associated with your account
  • Course name and enrollment date
  • Reason for refund request
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • More than 14 days have passed since enrollment
  • You have completed more than 25 percent of the course content
  • You have downloaded a substantial portion of course materials
  • You have violated our Terms and Conditions
  • You purchased the course during a promotional period or with a significant discount (unless required by law)

7. Promotional and Discounted Courses

Courses purchased at promotional prices or with significant discounts may have modified refund terms. These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Generally, heavily discounted courses are non-refundable after the 14-day period.

8. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing course content due to issues on our end, we will work to resolve the problem promptly. If we cannot resolve technical issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the time elapsed since enrollment.

9. Course Modifications

We reserve the right to update and improve course content. Minor updates and improvements do not qualify for refunds. However, if we make substantial changes that fundamentally alter the nature of a course you have purchased, you may request a refund within 14 days of being notified of the changes.

10. Bundle Purchases

For bundle purchases containing multiple courses, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you request a refund for a bundle, the refund amount will be calculated based on the individual course prices, and any applicable discounts will be deducted.

11. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be eligible for any refunds on course purchases.

12. Exchanges

We do not offer course exchanges. If you wish to enroll in a different course, please request a refund for your original purchase (if eligible) and make a new purchase for the desired course.

13. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a refund decision, please contact us to discuss the matter. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
